	Title: Red Noise - Sound on Sound Notes: I think this is the one and only LP from Bill Nelson's Red Noise, his first project after Be-Bop Deluxe. If you crossed Ultravox with the Buzzcocks, you'd have this. Paints a pretty bleak view of technology, but embraces it at the same time. A tape-recorder stole my voice today...
